Elegant Violin was founded in 2010 in Raleigh, NC. Less than a year later, we relocated to Virginia and eventually ended up living in Kentucky near Cincinnati, OH where our main headquarters is.

As demand grew for amplified violin music with piano accompaniment, more violinists joined the EV team and by 2024 we were ready to expand to another location.

With friends and family in the Triangle, it made sense to open Elegant Violin in Raleigh. Our NC team members are superb musicians and as the owner and strolling violinist I’ll be back regularly to perform and connect with our venue and vendor partners.
